I have worked with Adrian on a number of new build projects. Adrian's thoughtful insight was instrumental in understanding what was possible when planning and designing our extension. From the main design elements right down to the specifics, Adrian was able to translate what we wanted to into an actionable plan and to successfully negotiate the planning process. Polite, prompt and knowledgeable, I would recommend working with Adrian to everyone.

Adrian is a friendly and hardworking person. He spared no effort in drawing up plans for our conversion from a factory to a church and community space, and later in assessing whether or not we could make a conversion of our storage room into an AV space for our church. I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend AML Architects. Adrian has been a dream to work with from beginning to end. He gave clear instructions of the process at the beginning and took us through it seamlessly. He would chase the appropriate parties on our behalf and thankfully made onward Referrals when we needed other services involvement. He delivers the full package. I hope to use him again in the near future.

A fabric first approach to increasing the thermal efficiency of buildings reduces the demand for heating. Likewise, the same for cooling, which is now a Building Regulations consideration. With the uncertain rising cost of energy, many people now look at the thermal efficiency of a building as a deciding factor when purchasing.
